Return Policy

Ereplicasupplier offers a return policy for those customers who are not satisfied with their product. There a few guidelines that must be followed in order to make the return/exchange go smoothly. Please note, we do not offer refunds and can only offer our customers exchanges.

1. All returns must be alerted to Ereplicasupplier within 2. weeks of receiving them. You may notify us by e-mail (customer_service# ereplicasupplier.com). All returns must come back to our company just as we shipped them to you. In other words, the products must be unused and in the original packaging that we providing upon shipping them to you.

2. If the return is not about the quality of the product and is just a basic return, a restocking fee does apply. Please not the restocking fee for handbags is 30 US and wallets are 10 USD.

3.If all procedures have been followed in a correct manner, our company will compensate customers for the return shipping cost and replace the defective product.

Defective Quality

If there is an issue with one of our products, our company requires that the customer take a photograph of the mentioned defects and give them to a customer representative. This procedure helps to insure us of the foresaid defect. Upon reviewing the product and agreeing with the customer, we will supply you with a Return Merchandise Agreement or an RMA number. If there are any returns that do not show a RMA number, they will not be accepted. The customer will be compensated for the return shipping costs and the product, if all terms are met. The quality of our products is very important to us, as we want all of our customers to feel like their product is as close to the real thing as possible. Our customer’s happiness is key to our success.

Steps to a Smooth Return

The Steps that will make your return process easy possible are as follows:

1. First, you will need to e-mail customer_service# ereplicasupplier.com within the two weeks of receiving the product.

2. On this e-mail please include your full name, address, PIN number that was provided to you, the arrival date, and what items are being returned/exchanged.

3. Next, the customer service department will give you a RMA and the RMA number. Keep this number in a safe place, because it will be used on anything regarding your return.

4. Upon receiving your RMA, send back any merchandise in its original packaging with this RMA number included.

5. Customers must provide us with a tracking number of their return.

6. The shipping department will send you an e-mail regarding your new shipment tracking number and information upon receiving your return shipping information.

Ereplicasupplier does not offer exchanges. If a customer decides to cancel a credit card payment, we will charge a fee of 50 USD for the processing of the return. Our items are replicas and not authentic products therefore they are not identical to the items that they replicate. All return shipping must be prepaid by the customer and all rules and steps must be followed in order to process the return. All returns must be in regards to the quality of the product. We do offer a wallet to customers with approved returns in order to compensate for their return shipping costs. A restocking fee will be applied for returns other than quality issues. It takes 10 to 15 days for a return to be inspected thoroughly and completed.
